BOOT WEAR & CARE
They are ideal for wet weather days, festivals, gardening, dog walking and general outdoor wear. If you're planning to go on a long walk in your Spats, however, please make sure you wear them with suitable socks, ideally high, elasticated hiking socks which cover the leg and wick moisture, in order to prevent rubbing.
Spats boots contain a high percentage of natural rubber. Please note that some people may be allergic to natural rubber.
Due to the high natural rubber content, some discoloration may occur with two-tone styles. This process can be exacerbated if boots are kept in direct sunlight or near a heat source. Occasionally white deposits may appear on the surface: this is known as blooming and is not a fault but a characteristic of the rubber.
To get good service out of your Spats boots, please look after them by wiping them clean and keeping away from direct sunlight or artificial heat sources. Never use solvents to clean them.
If you have any reason for complaint please email customerservices@spats-boots.com with your proof of purchase.
