ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER
The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our web site does not constitute acceptance of an order. All goods are subject to availability. In the event of non-delivery of any items we reserve the right to refund the product cost back to the customer without further obligation or liability.

Information and images provided on our site are correct to the best of our knowledge, but are intended as a guide only. We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice.
Prices are inclusive of VAT or any equivalent sales tax.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY WITHIN UK?
Delivery + P&P by Parcelforce is £7 to within the UK, excluding Highlands & Islands.
Please note that zonal surcharges apply to the Highlands & Islands via Parcelforce, using our automated service. Delivery via standard Royal Mail Parcel Post works out cheaper but you will have to arrange an alternative method of payment by contacting us directly on email@example.com
Delivery to Highlands & Islands of Scotland + P&P = £13
Delivery to Northern Ireland + P&P = £15.75
Delivery to The Isle of Man and the Isle of Scilly = £15.75
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK
We can deliver to territories outside of the UK but cannot accept automatic payments on this website. You will have to contact us directly to arrange the sale on firstname.lastname@example.org. Delivery times outside the UK will vary.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Between 3-5 days. Applies to addresses in England and Wales. Delivery to Northern Ireland, offshore and parts of Scotland and to other countries will usually take longer.
Particularly during late November through to December we recommend that you order as early as possible to allow for the larger volumes and to avoid disappointment. Bank Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays should not be considered delivery days.
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from this website, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 14 days of receipt. Full instructions are included on the packing slip within your parcel.
Return costs are paid by you, the customer. We recommend that you send all returns fully insured as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not received. In the event of a product being damaged/faulty on receipt please contact us immediately at email@example.com before attempting to return it to us with a description of the fault. Please note that we do not accept general wear and tear or discolouration as a fault. As Spats have a high natural rubber content minimal discolouration may occur with two-tone styles over time and this is a natural feature of the rubber. This process can be exacerbated if boots are kept in direct sunlight or near a heat source - so please store in a cool, dry, dark place. Please note some people may be allergic to natural rubber. If you have any reason for complaint, please contact your place of purchase in the first instance, if within their terms of sale. Please note that should be cleaned and returned to your Spats dealer (or to Talk about the Weather Ltd) with proof of purchase. This does not affect your statuory rights.
Delivery charges are non-refundable once your order has been despatched. If there is going to be a delay in despatching your order we will inform you via email. Please be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your list of approved senders to ensure that our emails reach you. All deliveries require a signature so please ensure that someone is normally available at the delivery address to sign for the goods. We can deliver to any UK address (eg. your work address or a friend/family member).
Discounted goods purchased "on sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds for purchases made on this website will be made via the method you used to pay for your goods at the time of placing your order. If you purchased through a Spats dealer, please contact your place of purchase. Boots should be cleaned and returned to your Spats dealer with proof of purchase.
